As an employer you need to make an assessment of your first-aid needs. This must establish what provision for first aid is required. This will depend upon the workplace, taking into account, among other things, the number of employees, size, location and work activity.

Our team can advise you on the appropriate number of staff to send for training and the level of qualification they should look to achieve.

Our recommendations will help you to meet your legal duties, as defined in the Health & Safety (First-Aid) Regulation 1981.
